Elle Boutique Messina is a women's clothing and accessories boutique based in Messina. It stands out for its curated selection of limited-edition pieces, 24-hour express shipping throughout Italy and Europe, and its established social media presence that showcases each collection with an authentic, aspirational, and Mediterranean touch.

The brand already has a strong offline identity and an excellent social media presence, but it lacks a digital ecosystem worthy of its positioning. The boutique had already launched a website, which is now offline, a sign of a halted project in need of integrated vision, strategy, and expertise.

The challenge


The site is currently offline and sales are almost exclusively through social media and direct contact. This situation limits:

- DMs cannot handle high volumes.

- The elegance of the boutique is not reflected in an adequate digital environment.

- There is a lack of structured funnels to nurture the audience and transform interactions into repeat sales.

Goals


The goal is to design and build a Shopify platform capable of:

- Communicate brand identity in a premium, emotional, and modern way.

- Deliver a seamless, engaging, and consistent user experience across desktop and mobile.

- Enhance the brand's collections and unique style, making shopping an aesthetic act.

- Integrate lead generation, data tracking, and automation tools for real-world performance.

A prototyped homepage was custom-built, making the most of native sections and designing each piece of content according to UX, branding, and neurobehavioral principles.
